Terms of Service

PollNQuiz provides tools to create live quizzes, polls, event rooms, participant experiences, live results, Question Bank content, CSV imports, reports, and exports. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform or other users.

Hosts and team members are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for activity under their organization account. You should only invite users who are authorized to manage your organization, quizzes, polls, events, reports, and branding.

You are responsible for all customer-generated content you create, upload, import, publish, display, or use through PollNQuiz, including quiz questions, poll questions, answer options, designated correct answers, descriptions, instructions, branding assets, files, reusable Question Bank content, event names, and participant instructions.

PollNQuiz provides technology tools for creating, hosting, and reporting on quizzes and polls. We do not independently review or verify the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of customer-generated content, including whether a designated correct answer is factually correct.

You retain ownership of your content. You must have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed to upload, import, store, copy, publish, display, and use content through PollNQuiz, including CSV question sets, Question Bank content, proprietary training materials, copyrighted materials, images, media, branding assets, and third-party content. You grant PollNQuiz only the limited rights needed to provide, operate, secure, process, display, and support the service.

Do not misuse PollNQuiz by attempting to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data, overload rooms, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, spam, harassing, or other prohibited or illegal purposes.

You are responsible for any prizes, rewards, offers, promotions, commitments, announcements, eligibility rules, claims, representations, or promises you make to participants or third parties through or in connection with PollNQuiz. PollNQuiz is not automatically the sponsor, promoter, guarantor, administrator, or party to customer-created offers or promises unless PollNQuiz expressly states otherwise.

Plans may include limits for rooms, quizzes, participants, branding, reports, exports, and other features. Some features are available only on supported plans. Exports are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by the host or organization before external use.

We aim to keep PollNQuiz reliable, but live services can experience interruptions, maintenance, browser issues, network issues, or third party infrastructure problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or operational risk, or uses PollNQuiz in a way that could harm the service or other users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of PollNQuiz after updates means you accept the updated terms.
